Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Cozy Mist Lab.

15-Day Return Window:
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

For Hygiene Reasons:
Due to the nature of humidifiers (water-contact products), we cannot accept returns if the water tank has been filled and used, unless the product is defective. Please inspect your item before first use.

Defective or Damaged?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. We will send a free replacement immediately at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return:
1. Email us at Contact page with your order number and reason.
2. We will send you a return label and instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer.
